Meet Details

• Thursday night (6/24) with the Hunter Oaks Water Jets
• Warm-ups 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm meet start. Reminder: we swim in the rain. Assume we’re swimming unless you receive an email prior to the meet stating otherwise.
• Meet Entries Report is available here.
  • Review the report to confirm your swimmers are listed.
  • If your swimmers are unable to attend, make sure they are not listed.
  • Email Coach Nathan or me by ASAP there is an issue.
• The Heat Sheet will be made available around mid-day tomorrow and it will show events, heat, and lane assignments.

Volunteers

• Check-in at the Volunteer Check-in desk when you arrive at the meet.
• If you have not had a chance to volunteer yet, please sign up to volunteer at the last meet on Monday. Job sign-ups are open. We’re still in need of 3 lane timers and would love to have someone sit in as an observer/trainee for computer operator that might consider this job next season.

Reminders

• 12 and under: Write their first and last names on their back, arm, or cap.
• All swimmers: Write their events/heats/lanes on their arms or legs.
• Please have your swimmers enter the Clerk of Course area near the diving boards.
• Swimmers should not be behind the blocks unless they are lined up for their event.
• The playground and the baby pool are closed during the meet, as well as the shallow end and dive well of the pool. Please keep your swimmers out of the water unless they are warming up or racing.
• Please ask your swimmers not to pull on the yellow rope marking space for the timers at the club house end of pool.

Theme for Meet: 80s Music. Ice cream will be provided to the swimmers.

Food & Beverages

• TCBY will be onsite with frozen treats. Cash, Zelle and Venmo payments accepted.
• The concession stand and grill will be open.
• You can also bring food or have deliveries made to the pool.

Last Meet

• Monday night (6/28) vs Baxter Barracudas - Theme is Red, White & Blue
• RSVP your swimmers’ attendance for this meet by 8:00 pm Friday using Meet Entry on the Swimtopia team website.
