All Wahoos families are invited to attend the Wahoos End of Season Social and Awards Night to celebrate the team’s many accomplishments this summer.

When: Monday, July 12th

Location: WSRC banquet room and designated area by the pool

Time:

• 6:00-7:30 PM Social
  • Flexibly come when you want during this time.
  • Bring food and beverages for your family and socialize with the team in a casual setting.
  • Enjoy the pool and swim. (Pool will be open to all WSRC members until 8:00 and then available just to Wahoos families).
  • Cupcakes will be served around 7:15 PM.
• 7:30-9:00 PM Wahoos Awards Program
  • Includes handing out ribbons for this season, coaches presentation of awards by age group, senior recognition, records recognition, presentation of gifts to the hardworking coaches from the team and a slideshow of highlights from the season.
• 9:00-10:00 PM Wahoos Swim
  • Private swim hour for just Wahoos and their families.

Dress: Casual is suggested (tee-shirts, shorts), Wahoos’ colors/gear is encouraged. Swimwear is fine, as well.

We will need volunteers for this event and will send out volunteer signups soon. For those of you who have not volunteered this season there we will several opportunities to do so in conjunction with this event.
