Monday 6/26 - Away meet at Hunter Oaks (details to come)

Tuesday 6/27 - Rain date for the away meet at Ballantyne (see below)

Wednesday 6/28 - End-of-season social (reminder to RSVP on Swimtopia)

 Regardless of whether your child swam on Thursday for the start of the Ballanytne meet or not, we will need them to re-declare participation by 10am Sunday based on whether or not they can come Tuesday night. The coaches will be reworking the rest of the events, particularly for relays. Note, we transferred over existing entries, so we will need you to locate the Rain Date on the Calendar in Swimtopia and edit.  Please follow the instructions below:

• A. Child swam on 6/22 and also will swim on 6/27 - Please locate the 6/27rain date on the calendar in Swimtopia and declare your child as "attending"
• B. Child swam on 6/22 but can't swim on 6/27 - Please locate the 6/27 rain date on the calendar in Swimtopia and declare your child as "NOT attending"
• C. Child did not swim on 6/22 but will swim on 6/27 - Please locate the 6/27 rain date on the calendar in Swimtopia and declare your child as "attending"
• D. Child did not swim on 6/22 and also can't swim on 6/27 - Please locate the 6/27 rain date on the calendar in Swimtopia and declare your child as "NOT attending"

We also need volunteers for the rain date. Please click the "job sign-up" button under the 6/27 rain date event in Swimtopia to select a job/shift. HUGE THANK YOU!
