We need your help - and we need it fast!

We have a few critical volunteer positions that still need to be filled for our Monday away meet at Foxcroft East, and without them, we simply cannot run the meet.

Open Positions (1 per half = 2 total for each):

• Assistant Clerk of Course (2 spots)
• Lane Timer (2 spots)
• Stroke and Turn Judge (2 spots)

These are essential roles. No volunteers = no meet. If you are available Monday and can step up, please sign up right away!

A quick reminder on volunteer requirements:

Every family is required to complete four volunteer shifts during the season. We have already reached out directly to the handful of families who have not yet signed up - but as a reminder, swimmers whose families have not fulfilled their volunteer commitment are not eligible to compete. We want every Wahoo in the water, so please make sure your shifts are covered!

Also - Banquet Volunteers Needed!

We are starting to plan our end-of-season banquet and we would love some creative minds to help make it special. If you have ideas, energy, and a little time to give, we would love to have you involved. More details on the banquet coming soon - drop us a note if you are interested!
