🎉 Wahoos Banquet is TONIGHT - Schedule, Fun Relays & We Need Your Help!

    Wahoos Families,

Tonight is the night! We cannot wait to celebrate this incredible season with all of you at the Wahoos End-of-Season Banquet - and we have a big night planned.

    TONIGHT'S SCHEDULE

5:30 PM — Dinner begins! Hot dogs, chips, and fresh-cut watermelon are on us, courtesy of the Wahoos. Our friends at Weddington Advisors are hosting a complimentary wine and beer reception for the adults - a huge thank you to them for making tonight extra special.

6:00 PM — A special surprise treat arrives.

6:30 PM — Speeches and awards begin.

7:30 PM — Fun Relay Games at the pool! We have organized relay races for the kids (and some parents!) — see the attached heat sheet to find out which events your swimmer is in and what lane they are racing.

8:00 PM — Dance Party at the pool. The night is not over yet.

9:00 PM — Good night, Wahoos. See you next season!

    YOUR SWIMMER'S RELAY RACES

Attached is the full heat sheet for tonight's fun relay races. Each swimmer was placed in the events they signed up for (maximum of 3 events plus the parent/kid relay) - look up your child's name to see which events they are in and which lane they will be racing.

To pull tonight off, we need a couple of extra hands:

🔥 Grill Master - We need someone to fire up and run the grill starting at 5:15 PM. If you are comfortable behind a grill and can arrive a little early, please reply to this email or text Brad directly. This is the most important ask of the night!

🍽️ Dinner Service Helper - We could also use one person to help set up the food table and assist with serving from 5:15–6:30 PM.

If you can help with either, please reply to this email as soon as possible. We truly appreciate it.

Tonight is the culmination of everything this team worked for this season. Swim Strong. Have Fun. Improve From Before. You all did exactly that - and we cannot wait to celebrate it with you.

    See you tonight!

    Brad Holcman
